First of all, Monday we had another doctor's appointment. We now have appointments twice a week for a non-stress test (NST), ultra sound, and check in with the doctor. Monday the ultra sound went well. We got to see his face for a bit and he was opening and closing his mouth :) He continued to do his practice breathing as well. All things looked normal. After going back to the waiting room we had our NST. While we were in the waiting room he just kept moving around so of course when we got hooked up to the monitor, his heart rate was higher than it has been for the last couple of visits. Nothing extremely high though.
After another visit back to the waiting room, we met with the doctor. We met another one of the doctors of the practice that we hadn't met before. He was pretty throughout and guessed baby's weight the old fashion way, by hand. He predicted upper 6 pounds to 7 pounds. As of right now the doctors still just want to continue to monitor him and his heart rate twice a week. They haven't mentioned taking him early but the doctor did predict that I would go early, mainly because of the heart rate issues. I'm also now 2 cm dilated.

You can tell from the picture that he is dropping. I'm not sure how much room he can really have in there. Thursday afternoon will be another appointment. Now it's just a waiting game.
